Dave is Managing Director and Portfolio Manager and joined the firm in 2011.  His extensive experience in fixed income markets spans more than 40 years.  He has directed trading, sales, investment banking, and portfolio management departments for both Private and Public Institutions.  His most recent portfolio management position was with the Treasurer of the State of Ohio where he served as Assistant Director of Investments. He has also designed and managed high net worth individual and private Foundation portfolios for private banking clients.  Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Ohio University.
