Bill is Chief Executive Officer and has been with the firm since 1992. His career in the fixed income and capital markets began in 1972 and has included sales, trading, underwriting and for the last 20 years, portfolio management. Prior to joining the firm, Bill held management positions with PNC Bank, Mellon Bank and First City Bank. Bill holds a bachelor’s degree from Bradley University and a master’s degree from Indiana University.
